1). Choose your desire garment from out finest collection from the published items (size, color and quantity).

b)The Apple Blossom Taiwan Collection is the high quality apparel imported from Taiwan . Apparel seen in the pictures are definately what you are getting from us.All the apparel pictures are taken from the actual clothes that we are selling from this category.This range will provide you quality apparel with affordable price.

3) We will try our best to process your order within the shortest duration possible(approximately 2 days). Processing of orders will involve checking whether the details provided is complete and the availability of stock. If there are any doubts, the sales consultant will contact you to confirm the order details.

5)Upon receiving the order email , we will issue you the invoice to your email. Kindly check the order and deposit the total amount to our company’s banking account if everything is correct as per stated in the invoice .Pls kindly seek confirmation after the deposit by replying the invoice email, stating the amount deposited, method of payment, date of deposit and order number.
6) Apple Blossom Fashion House only supports cash deposit to our banking account or online banking. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery. In the case where payment is not made within 2 days the invoice is issued, the order will be void. If you have any queries on pricing, payment, delivery mode, time of delivery, etc, kindly contact our sales consultant.
7)Stock Items Clothes will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made.
Method of payment
Kindly note the following:
a. Kindly proceed with payment within 2 days after invoice is issued, failing in which the order will be void.
b. We are using MAYBANK and CIMB. You can bank in or online transfer to us . Account details are stated clearly in the invoice issued after receiving the ordering email.
c. Kindly email or contact our sales consultant through MSN afer payment on the bank in date , bank name and amount for confirmation that we receive the payment.
d. Kindly retain receipt of deposit in case verification of payment is required.e. You may transfer the amount due through ATM fund transfer, online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash deposit machine(Pls note that the bank in machine do not recognize note in RM1, RM5 and coins).
Shiping Policy
Once we confirm the payment is made, your goods will be post out within 3 days .Below are the delivery services that we alliance with .Do choose the preferred delivery channel and state it in the ordering email .
Poslaju delivery :
West Malaysia RM5 flat (Additional delivery cost will be bear by Apple Blossom)
East Malaysia RM 10 flat (Additional delivery cost will be bear by Apple Blossom)
*Purchase of RM180(West Malaysia) / RM220 (East Malaysia) and above ,(total discounted value) free postage.
Important : *** All possible measures will be taken by us to ensure a smooth delivery, however, we will not be liable for any loss of goods during the delivery process.Shipping number /Airwaybill number will be given to the buyer once the goods is shipped out .Buyer can always trace the status of their shipment through the courier homepage .
We offer insurance service with as low as RM3 per transaction (below RM300).With insurance purchased , we will refund the amount of purchase (garment only) if its lost in transition WITH courier . We will take the status of delivery in poslaju as a valid status .
** Purchases above RM 300 , insurance is at RM 6 .
Guidelines to return/exchange of goods purchase
Our company does careful inspection to goods orders before delivery. Therefore, our company temporarily does not accept return/exchange of goods purchased. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Note on quality /Disclaimer
The apparels as modeled in our website may have slight differences in terms of color due to lighting in photography. We do not guarantee that the apparels shown in the pictures in the website will have exact resemblance to the actual apparel.
Any imperfection or minor stains (be it removable or not), imperfection in tailoring, color fading, man-made imperfections, buttons not well-secured, computer monitor display and actual fabric color differences of the apparels sold byApple Blossom Fashion are strictly not exchangeable.
Reminder:*Apple Blossom Fashion House does not accept exchange of apparel under any circumstances, including such reasons as (1) dislike the color; (2) color differences; (3) not as attractive as expected; (4) too transparent; (5) fabric too thin; (6) size too big or too small; (7) not comfortable (8) look a bit different (9) cutting/tailoring not as expected.
